Lease Terms for 40’HC Containers

1. A Refundable Security Deposit (RSD) of Rs. 2,50,000/- per 40’HC unit must be paid upon signing the Lease Agreement.
2. A Monthly Rental of Rs. 10,500/- per 40’HC unit is payable in advance, on or before the 5th of every month.
3. Survey & Loading Charges of Rs. 2,000/- per unit (one-time) must be paid along with the RSD.
4. The containers are available at our Chennai Yard, and transportation to your site is at your scope.
5. Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon issuance of the Quote/Invoice.
6. Unloading and loading at your site are your responsibility and cost.
7. Loading and unloading at our yard will be handled by us.
8. The minimum lease term is 6 months, after which it can be renewed with 15 days' notice for a period of at least 1 month, in multiples of one month.
9. All containers are handed over in cargo-worthy condition at the time of leasing, with a survey report issued by an independent certified surveyor.
10. The containers will be surveyed upon off-hire, and any damages to doors, floorboards, or severe dents to the roof and walls will be charged based on a repair estimate provided by an independent certified surveyor.
11. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after the off-hire survey, with any repair costs deducted, if applicable.
12. All our containers are in cargo-worthy condition.
